'KIDSFEST' at The Atkinson This Half Term


Kidsfest is The Atkinson’s family festival. This February Half Term (Monday 17th - Saturday 22nd February) take part in a jam packed celebration for families of all ages. They have family theatre, puppetry, Disney films, craft workshops, museums, exhibitions and more!

What’s On

Midnight

Monday 17 February, 2:30pm (Age 5+)

A show about time, the night and dreaming. Featuring clever cats, silly dogs, puppetry, music and storytelling.

Hurrah for the Pirate King!

Tuesday 18 February (All Ages)

1:20pm–1:40pm: Pre-show workshop

1:40pm–2:00pm: Interval

2:00pm–2:40pm: Performance

Meet and Greet with characters after the show

Follow the great Pirate King on an adventure to find a treasure beyond Gold and Jewels. This interactive show combines Pantomime, Ballet & Opera.

Beauty and the Beast (PG)

Wednesday 19 February, 11am

The live-action Disney Classic is screened in a relaxed environment, open to everyone including parents with young children.

Jay Foreman’s Disgusting Songs for Revolting Children

Thursday 20 February, 2:30pm (Age 6+)

The award-winning musical comedian provides a devilishly cheeky hour of songs , poems and comedy for children.
